Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Reneé Beauty currently ships within the United States only.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $5.99. We also offer free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Reneé Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Reneé Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.
