Refund policy

 Returns

At Reneé Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date only for unopened and unused eyelash products that remain sealed in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, all opened eyelash boxes and opened cosmetic products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing customerservice.reneebeauty@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your request. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent by Reneé Beauty.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Reneé Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing any information available to help locate your package.
